What is Appropriate Exercise?

The World Health Organization strongly recommends 150 minutes of moderate exercise weekly and 75 minutes of intense exercise weekly; these are classified as minimum requirements for health and longevity. They also recommend that physical exercise sessions should be more than 10 minutes long in duration.

Many of us fully intend to exercise but we cannot seem to get started or we keep falling off our routine. Experts say that the key to sticking with a workout plan is to make sure that you enjoy it and find it fun.
